It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
– 1 suite bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower
– 1 suite bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with shower
– 1 bedroom with two single beds
There is still a third bathroom with a shower, ideal for supporting the third bedroom and the common areas of the house.
The outdoor area invites you to take advantage of the Algarve's sunny climate, whether for outdoor meals, peaceful breakfasts or moments of rest after a day at the beach or golf. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool of the development, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and a very pleasant atmosphere.
Within the Golf Village itself you will find useful everyday amenities, including a restaurant, a café with a terrace where you can enjoy traditional Portuguese pastries, such as the famous pastéis de nata, and a small supermarket with essential products.

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Smoking inside the property.
• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.
• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
