• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.
• Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Security callout due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.

Depois caso se queira podemos ainda desfrutar da piscina partilhada que é maior. A casa está equipada com tudo o que é necessário, incluindo na cozinha. Tem uma zona de jardim onde podemos desfrutar de um barbecue. Simpatia da anfitriã, D. Liliana. É de voltar.

Apenas a apontar que à frente da piscina podessem cortar as árvores, de forma a que não fizessem sombra pois a partir das 15h30/16h já a piscina fica à sombra, o que não se torna muito agradável.

As camas de casal são muito pequenas e os colchões sentem-se as molas já gastas o que se torna incomodativo.
A máquina da loiça funcionava mal durante toda a nossa estadia, o tabuleiro de baixo não fixava e era assim nescessario 2 pessoas para funcisee more

A máquina da loiça funcionava mal durante toda a nossa estadia, o tabuleiro de baixo não fixava e era assim nescessario 2 pessoas para funcionar com ela, uma para segurar a porta e outra para pôr ou tirar a loiça. A casa deveria ter jogos de toalhas em condições. Também precisa de um tabuleiro e um jarro de água de vidro. Foi pedido mas não nos foi fornecido durante as 3 semanas de estadia, apenas forneceram um jarro de plástico. Ouve-se bastante barulho à noite vindo da discoteca que existe mesmo ao lado. |
