Após uma analise das conversas trocadas verificamos que apenas foi feito uma queixa por parte do hospede um dia após a sua entrada, no momento que foi feita a queixa foi enviado um equipa de manutenção.

Após uma analise das conversas trocadas verificamos que apenas foi feito uma queixa por parte do hospede um dia após a sua entrada, no momento que foi feita a queixa foi enviado um equipa de manutenção. Após o técnico sair da propriedade solicitamos que se o problema voltasse a repetir num prazo de 3 horas nos informa-se, para que a equipa encontra-se uma solução. Não obtivemos informação ate ao dia seguinte, quando voltou a reportar a situação foi pedido uma equipa técnica para ir a propriedade novamente, mas devido nos encontrar-mos num feriado, o staff estava reduzido, provocando assim que a equipa apenas se consegui-o deslocar a propriedade passado umas horas. |
