• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Key left inside the lock.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.

While the address was given, there was a small problem in finding the flat (two building entrances and the apartment number was not listed on the email) and in reaching anyone as it was a Sunday. (We extended a day and were locked out, again had trosee more
While the address was given, there was a small problem in finding the flat (two building entrances and the apartment number was not listed on the email) and in reaching anyone as it was a Sunday. (We extended a day and were locked out, again had trouble reaching staff, who are were very nice when we took the time to visit the office, but we rated Service as average as it seemed more training might have helped. The terrace furniture could be improved.
