Location of property was excellent and with pool, tennis court, volleyball and table tennis at the property everyone was catered for.

Any on site queries we had were dealt quickly and in a courteous manner. Spacious bedrooms and adequate bathrooms I would recommend this property to a similar group of travellers. |

Experiência bastante positiva, a casa é enorme e mais que espaçosa para um grupo de 14 adultos. Espaço exterior óptimo para passar os dias (Campo de ténis, ping-pong, piscina e relvado). Certamente para repetir se houver oportunidade.

Experiência bastante positiva, a casa é enorme e mais que espaçosa para um grupo de 14 adultos. Espaço exterior óptimo para passar os dias (Campo de ténis, ping-pong, piscina e relvado). Certamente para repetir se houver oportunidade.
Dois aspectos bastante negativos a salientar: 1) Não existem caixotes do lixo próximos da casa, o que obriga a uma deslocação a pé ou de carro com o lixo às costas. 2) Tivemos vizinhos a queixarem-se do barulho (música), achamos inadmissível para o tipo de casa que é. Aliás, foi feita uma reclamação à própria agência que nos proibiu de ter música após as 22:00h, sorte que foi apenas no último dia. Ainda, a agência "ameaçou" que nos retiraria dinheiro da caução (o que acredito ser ilegal). Para uma casa que é claramente para ir de férias com um grupo grande não faz sentido nenhum. Overall the villa itself is fab, we visited for a friend’s hen party and it was a great size and housed us well for the weekend. Can’t fault the pool or tennis courts or the overall house itself.

What let the whole thing down was that the electric went out in the villa not once, but twice. We were left a whole day without electricity and kept being told there was nothing that could be done and to keep checking back in 4 hours. 12 hours later,ver mais

We were left a whole day without electricity and kept being told there was nothing that could be done and to keep checking back in 4 hours. 12 hours later, someone eventually came out to fix it. A diabetic in our group had to use charging facilities at a local restaurant just so she could manage her blood sugars. The same happened again the next day - we were asked to try and fix it ourselves in the garage. Overall the customer service was extremely disappointing, we had to fight to get the electric on again and were not offered anything to say sorry. Furthermore when the cleaning team arrived, they told us to leave the rubbish outside the house which we were then charged €50. Such a shame - none of our group would return on the basis of being let down so many times.

It's great to know that you enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, and the overall house. We understand that you were unhappy with the energy situation, but the problem was on the street where the house is located, where the city hall cut off the electricity for maintenance. When the light returned, it ended up tripping the electricity panels, making it necessary to send a team to the property. The second time the power went out again, the team went to the property to check the situation and realized that a large number of household appliances were being used at the same time, thus creating an underload on the electrical panel. Our team was always available to help and maintain assistance. Regarding rubbish, I inform you that the day before your check-out you received the instructions where it is mentioned that you will have to remove the rubbish from the property and place it in the containers, as it was not complied with, a fee was charged for the extra time that the team cleaning needed on the property. |

Granddaughters enjoyed badminton net and table tennis. Big shady garden and Great swimming pool with lots of inflatables Great location. Peaceful and easy walk through pine trees to the beach. Yet only 5 minutes to big supermarkets, and 1O minutes to lively resorts and golf courses eg Acqualand Vilamoura and Val de Lobo. Much better values than Quinta da Lobo. Want to keep it a secret! Excellent and prompt service from Check-In Portugal. We’ll definitely come again |

It would have been nice to have some tourist information brochures, maps, recommendations etc. Check-in Portugal staff were very nice and helpful but your online check-in for entering the guests' details didn't work for me and handling this was very cumbersome.
